CAS1NO collects minimal personal data: complaints are stored with optional contact details, an IP prefix (three octets, never the full IP) and a timestamp — for abuse protection and review, not tracking. Clicks via /r links are logged as referrer/user-agent/country linked to the link — never to a personal profile.

Data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Complaint content is deleted on request after the case closes (the append-only audit log keeps an event record that the case was closed — the content itself is removed).
